Bug - Normal When using "Projection Lens" against Eliza, this happens

This is my first time posting so sorry if I'm not doing something right.

So, when I used the move "Projection Lens" against Eliza, most of the eye balls don't do damage till after some time.

So far, I've only seen this happen when against Eliza. It didn't happen when I fought against the other characters.

This is by design and happens whenever you do Projection Lens and then hit it with another attack, it'll launch the eyeballs, which will stick and explode later. If you don't hit the Lens with an additional attack, it'll continue to move forward and do damage on impact.
