why does this even exist?
I can get it being on prize fight/story mode etc
but this sorta debuff has no place in rift where we already have to struggle against meta comps,armor x comps that already stall out the game enough as is.
its not fun to face nor good game design.(armor stacking is another big issue but that's a well known problem thats already been discussed to death)
I just made this forum account to bring this to attention.
these sort of game breaking modifiers shouldn't never be in the competitive modes like rift.
