In the collection award there is a part that says to have 10 gold characters, in my case I have 10 gold characters, I even had 11 which one used to evolve, but the problem is that it marks me that I only have 7 gold characters

For the collection achievements the game only counts the fighters obtained after the update.

Yes, and also remember the difference between Character and Fighter. Skullgirls mobile has 14 characters divided into 155 fighters. So when it asks for characters, once you have a gold Filia (any variant) you need a gold Squigly (or anyone not Filia).

I have five golds, but the accolade says only 4; it never registered my Inner Pieces, which was my first gold. I started playing this month.
