Bug - Normal Windswept SA2 bugged

Windswept SA1 triggers on intercept and gain evasion but if you block a hit evasion disappears and SA2 triggers giving you permanenet Precision. SA2 should trigger on evasion but it triggers on blocking a hit. I am unable to upload a video regarding it.
