Bug - Normal Batallas de brecha inaccesibles

Intento entrar a batalla de brecha y me dice desde ayer que no encuentra oponentes, esto no me deja farmear puntos y seguramente me baje de rango intensamente. Una solucion es lo que busco

I try to enter rift battle but a warning opens up: “We can not find any oponents, try again later”. Not being able to do battles, this surely will throw up my rank to the trash

I have an issue with my name
It should be Fran♡ or Fran♥, i changed my phone and i see it as a “?” now, thats why im not sure
