Do you have a particular team makeup that you regularly use when going into parallel realms? I have a device that in theory should be exhibiting this bug, but so far I haven't been able to reproduce it, so it might be a combination of device and something in-game

You don't need to open the game to update it. Have you tried going directly to the Playstore to update?

Thanks for the video, it's rare we actually get one. Figured I'd ask you directly, what device are you playing on and are you reliably getting this on the first node of PR every time? I'll see if I can repro using your same fight setup here.

If you're using an emulator, we can't really help you since we don't design our game to be used by emulators. Is the game freezing for you on an actual device?

What is the current storage capacity on your device? Our game needs to save your profile preferences whenever they change, so if your storage space happens to be maxed out or nearly maxed, it might not save.
