Exclusive fighters from relics

I know there’s several fighters out there that only appear in specific relics, but I’m not sure which are which. Is there a list detailing what fighters are available in what relics?

Here's the ones I can think of:

All of the elemental relics each have one exclusive Gold fighter (though they sometimes appear in Holiday relics too):
- Idol Threat Filia- Water
- Pyrotechnique Valentine - Fire
- Star Crossed Parasoul - Wind
- Grim Fan Painwheel - Light
- Megasonic Big Band - Dark

There are also a couple of odd ones exclusive to other places too.
- Oh Mai Valentine - Daily Relic
- Inner Pieces Eliza - Gold Gifts

Also, sometimes when a Holiday relic is released, it will sometimes include a new fighter who is exclusive to that relic for a while, but then that fighter is added to the regular relics in the next major update. Currently, Mean One Peacock and Evergreen Evil Double from the Christmas relic haven't been added to regular relics yet, but will be in the 4.2 update.

Necrobreaker is also an exclusive fighter that can't be found in any relic. As far as I know it can be acquired from Halloween PFs or participating in some real world events that HVS organized.
