    I'm from the opinion that if you cant beat no mercy without bleed you shouldn't be able to beat no mercy. There are numerous other ways to beat the mode with underleveled fighters. Think removing the immunity but keeeping bleeds useless was a good idea.

    This isn't all that weird: projectiles have their own 'hurtboxes' and hitting these with other projectiles can trigger move/SA effects on the owner of the projectile. It probably is a bug but this mechanism has been present for as long as the game exist so far I know.

    like the idea of keeping some of the rng when rolls are cheaper, and stats being pickable when expensive. I wouldn't see need (it would still be very nice, just not as required) to change the max lvl 15 upgrade to lvl 12 if that were the case though, as the self selection makes up for it.
