I think both painwheel need a litle buff.

Blood Drive:
Signature Ability 1
10% chance (instead of 5) on HIT to inflict BLEED on self and on opponent for 5/7/10 seconds (inflict a normal bleed for both figthers)

Signature Ability 2
Gain 3/4/5 stacks of permanent ENRAGE when having 5 stacks of bleed, and inflict 3/2/1 stacks of permanent BLEED


Raw Nerv:
Signature Ability 1
Gain permanent ENRAGE and HASTE when your HEALTH drops below 50/60/75%

Signature Ability 2
Inflict permanent DEATH MARK and ARMOR BREAK when your HEALTH drops below 20/30/40%

Blood Drive is definitely on our radar for a bit of a tweak.

Raw Nerv just got a buff pretty recently though so I don't think she'll be altered any time soon!

Permanent Modifiers are tracked separately from regular Modifiers. You can have Permanent Bleed and regular Regen at the same time for example.
