Does the 3 perma bleeds from Xenomorph dying turn into 3 regens for bloodbath?

Not really because permanent. There are permableed modifiers in accursed experiments, and they turn into permaheals on Bloodbath.

But xeno bleeds indeed stay bleeds on Bloodbath. Also IIRC if Bloodbath has curse (not even hex), regular bleeds land as bleeds on her and neither turn into heals nor disappear.

You mean those in accursed like momentum swing?The reason they turn into regen by bloodbath is because they are bleeds with no duration timer and not permanent bleeds meaning they can be removed on tagout so bloodbath won't turn hemofilia into permanent regen but will turn momentum swing into regen with no duration timer.

Sadly no. Bloodbath does not convert the bleed Xenomorph inflicts on death into regen

Maybe they should fix this to be consistent as per bloodbath’s sa2. And what was said above about curse preventing bloodbath getting regen but also allowing bleed to affect her should be considered a bug.
