This is less important than my Head Hunter post earlier, so I'll make it quick. Parasoul, a fighter with significantly better precision usage, gets a *cancel* that gives the same amount of Precision that Fortune, a character with just decent precision usage, gets off a taunt. When it was an enrage taunt, it was 3/7/10 seconds, even after every other taunt was buffed.
Fortune isn't broken by any means. Giving her 3/4/5 just gives all her variants a way to precision BB kill IF and BS (Hit Paws), two very meta and powerful defenders that are being spammed on meta rift bases. As of right now, you'd need to either kill with the very first hit of Cat Scratch Fever, I think Feral Edge, or 5th of Dismember. The first two are extremely low damage (30-40%) and the last one sacrifices a chunk of HP bonus.
