Characters Buff suggestions for poor PA

Bob and weave (Filia)
Evade all projectiles while dashing. COUNTER HIT inflicts DEATH MARK and ARMOR BREAK for 5-10 sec.

- The 5 sec death mark is really weak compared to others. Increased the number of seconds of it to make it more effective, and added armor Break for an additional damage boost.

Gut reaction (Umbrella)
COUNTER HIT grant REGEN and inflicts SLIME for 10-15 sec.

- Increased the sustain mainly on offense.

Manic munitions (Peacock)
50-100% to gain 5 sec of ENRAGE, HASTE or PRECISION when using SP MOVE.

- Since the chance is unstable, made it possible to increase it up to a maximum of 100%.

Call of the grave (Marie)
MORTUARY CHARGE accumulates 15% faster. Using charge will inflict QUIETUS for 10-15 sec.

- Since she can inflict quietus easily by haymaker and howl, There seems to be little opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of PA. This addition allows her to use her charge more quickly and efficiently.

DEADLY ACCURACY (Parasoul)
While near a tear, ACCURACY increases by 10-15%.

- Weakest PA, according to the JP wiki. If you want a precision, you can get it immediately by Eaglet Call. Also, getting precision regardless of the variant will be a nuisance in fight with PW or Dahlia especially at the edge.

- Since the name has "accuracy" in it, I think it would be good to make the effect accuracy-related as well. This is really useful for lowering opponent resistance.

Current version is definitely bad, but this is a bit overloaded. Just having the Death Mark scale to 10 sec would be fine imo.

Unnecessary tbh. Umbrella already has plenty of sustain options. The star of the show is the Slime application, while the heal is just a bonus. It will have extra synergy with Candy Crush though, which is neat.

Due to the 2x Harley Projectile spam build, I think this is a bit overturned. I'll have permanent Haste, 5 stacks of Enrage and Precision coming in regularly. Keeping it at 50% would imo be fine, and having the durations for the Enrage and Haste scale and last a bit longer can help other Peacock strategies benefit from it.

Para doesn't have many variants that will strictly benefit from the Accuracy. Sure reducing the opponent's resistance is neat, but Para's variants don't benefit much from that stat.

The Precision is good, but inconsistent at lower ranks, which is what makes it bad. Nobody is standing 7 or even 5 seconds near a tear, just so they can get 1 stack of precision.
