Bug - Normal cerebella unblocked right before an attack?

I was confused how my HQ died so I tried to scroll frame by frame and found the animation to be the same as if my HQ unblocked right as the buzzkill tripped her.

Did I really unblock right before that attack? Or is this ai trickery?

I did my best to screenshot and compare the frames

There's confirmed to be an issue with Double's sweep against Valentine where Valentine will unblock against it.
This may be a similar issue. @Bones or @Liam can probably confirm.

From these screenshots, Cerebella isn't blocking at the time the attack connects with her, so it looks like you released block before the attack hits.

If you got hit while in your blocking animation and were hit (the unblock issue Fel is referencing above), that's a different scenario.
