Is something being done about these repeat offenders?

we can’t see it, but they probably are taking care of them! as Liam said before...

As of the 2.3 update, we've made some changes which will allow us to investigate and ban these users with greater ease.
Sorry if it's been a bit quiet on this front! I'm still reading through this thread and we have been sending out bans.

I'll be sending out a larger wave of bans soon.

This was a while ago (July 9th) but I only had time to get around in forums. That's how much of a pain this was.

For example, the idiotic upload a file does not work until I did a bit of post processing. .

Just a reminder that if the enemy team has even one decently strong character it can look like they're cheating, but they're totally not. (Promise!)
It's when the entire enemy team is obviously too weak that they're probably cheating. There's a few reports above that look like they could be honest fights.

Having said that it's probably okay to lean on the side of caution and report anyone you think is illegal even if they turn out to be honest. Just be aware!
