It’s a bit hard to understand. Are you suggesting that she inflicts 3/4/5 random debuffs on the enemy when she’s defeated, with no time limit on how long the debuffs last? Additionally, does she apply permanent Curse to herself or the enemy? And she can reset the debuff timer every time she uses a special move? It’s a unique idea, but I don’t see it working as intended.
I made a suggestion a few months ago that might work a bit better. Take a look!
(NEW SM1)
RESURRECT with 25/30/35% HEALTH and 5 stacks of ARMOR after being dead for 30/20/15 seconds. A stack of ARMOR is removed after every HIT suffered.
(NEW SM2)
SPECIAL MOVES and BLOCK BUSTERS grant 1 stack of ARMOR for 7/8/9 seconds, also deal 50/75/100% bonus damage while benefiting from ARMOR.
It is pretty literal.
The first SA says "she cant reflect permanent debuffs"
Permanent curse is for herself to prevent Immunity, final stand or blessing that would slow her gameplay.
And not, she does not inflict debuffs AFTER dead, thats something that one double variant does.
Squigly mirrors her own debuffs to the enemy, so when she dies and resurrect, you need to tag her in again to mirror her debuffs.
BUT, i just noticed that the wording is weird, it is mean to work also like BLUESTREAK and splitting image.
Blue streak gets dead eye WHILE she is above 95% hp, even if she has "curse" those buffs will be activated at the moment curse ends.
In the same way, any debuff on squigly must get mirror by the enemy WHILE she has debuffs on her.
The debuffs that she gets after die are timeless, like hell's belle.
But she also mirrors any to her debuff, this is why she can refresh debuffs.
Also, i forgot to add "refresh and increase the duration by 1/2/3 seconds"
The reason after this is to keep her main porpoise, she needs to die to be useful, this also gives a good use to her marquee! Since she will be dead most of the time, she can be used to inflict to curse or get final stand for your team!
She truly is a sweety that provides to her friends uwu.

I dont dislike the idea of your rework, but it seems pretty vanilla for my liking, it could work perfectly tho.
To be honest, it sounds more reasonable.
