Forbidden Procedure not working?

For some reason, when I use forbidden procedure, it's hit or miss that it will actually work. Is this supposed to happen, am I misreading the BB ability or is it a bug?

Are you using it whilst standing over your teammates body? I don't think it matters whether it hits the opponent or not but i'm pretty sure it needs to hit your knocked out teammate for the revive to work

each character has different hitboxes
for example:
For peacock you kinda kinda need to be on the middle of the dead body (Loli hitboxes)
For big band literally standing on his neck can revive him
So try to revive from the middle of the body














Also lvl up the Procedure for increase in revived health
