When you kill someone with another character other than valentine you won't get the heavy regen.The regen will also not be given if one of your teamates die.

Here is a video of what happened i realised that the reason why my ultraviolent did not get the regen was because of the bleed from final curse but valentine still did not get the regen when peacock died
