One of the best fighters for sure. Jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Even packed with a supportive SA for the team, who knows why.

Unfortunately, no. But I believe they should stack.

Idk why people are raving about Harlequin. Is she that good. Her SA for me is not really significant or is it just me being daft.

She has the best overall base stats in the game, but her SA is mediocre when you get her maxed compared to other top tier fighters. She is the best Cerebella offensively though, and you see her often in PF due to how enemies are picked and her having the highest total fighter score in the game.
