Hex Debuff

Know I have played skullgirls mobile for a long time and I still haven't found a character that uses the Debuff "hex". I see it on the skullgirls modifiers list and it seems very useful but I idk if I just haven't gotten a fighter who can put the Debuff on people or what. Anybody have a character that has hex?

Hex is pretty rare. I think only Red Velvet Eliza applies it when triggering Sekhmet. Rainbow Blight Double can apply it if she transmutes to light element.
Other ways to apply hex, I think Double’s BB2 Bandwagon Rushdown and random debuff effects like Double’s Chaos marquee ability.
There might be more.

squlgly's bb3 also applys a very short hex. cant think of anythign else.

Similar but not the same, Squigly’s BB3 applies curse and not hex.

Stage Fright can apply hex when the enemy is at 25% of hp
