this is just a joke thing
about making every fighter broken
and not even the good kind of broken, i mean actually unfair
fighters with asterisks are the ones who would actually appreciate those changes (didn't put them in any bronzes for the sake of balancing, strangely emough)
this is where i quit thinking like a normal person
i could just go to this one server and ask the people there to... buff some of the sas
but that'd be too much, even for me
now they're all perfectly balanced

- understudy: raise her throw damage
- beat box: elomgate his enrage
wait a second- oh no
- cold stones: raise his sa1's stun rate
- decrypted: give her more atk
- sketchy: remove the restrictions
- headstrong: just make the debuffs guaranteed already lmao. and add death mark or enrage or whatever into the mix. where? don't ask
- hellcat: change her sa1 to just give her 1-3 stacks of enrage above 50% and her sa2 to random buffs for 5-10 seconds
- m-3ow: make her invincible longer-
oh... - scared stiff: GIVE HER HP
- heavy reign: give her at least 8k atk
- bassline: give him 50% meter per tag in
- in denile: give her atk
- underdog: change his sa2 to a chance to gain the countering buff to any debuff (like regen for bleed) he gets
- just kitten: put her in a frost armor node
- icy hot: change it to 1-3 stacks of regen for 7 seconds (that's up to 21%)

- stage fright: also proc her sa2 on specials
