Bug - Normal Login Bug

When i log every day , i arrive for the last prize (Jackpot Relic) but i don't know why.. the same day when i must take it, the game don't give me the Relic!!! I've control in the relic and in the Mail but nothing! And this is appened for two mounth consecutive.. i've attend for your answer..

Hey Daniele,

It sounds like your Daily Login calendar reset before you received your Jackpot Relic, is that correct? The Daily Login calendar resets on the first day of each month (today, February 1st).

To claim all of the rewards in a given month, you'll need to login 24 days in one month.
