Let the enemy to run up to you then do the standard full launcher combo finished with a trip attack. Blockbusters like Countervenom and that throat cutting one works best up close. While Checkmate incision does the most damage from far away. So far Valentine's only good special move is Dead Cross cuz that does some damage and can inflict bleed, every other move does no damage and can be easily blocked.

You still forgot to add in the signatures for silent kill, graveyard shift, and oh mai. XD

Urgent Care (signature ability): Once per match while Valentine is alive, teammates gain HEAVY REGEN for 10 seconds when dropping below 25% HEALTH. Once per match when defeated, RESURRECT with 50% health.
The once per match thing confuses me, I fought a last hope valentine and she activated her urgent core 3 times, must be a bug.

I will update them soon!

Yes that's a confirmed bug, even though the signature ability name will come up again, she will not actually be granted heavy regen or resurrection more than once.

So, looking at Big Top Cerebella, Last Hope Valentine seems quite inferior.
This makes me sad as the first gold I've drawn is Last Hope Valentine. The fact that Cerebella gets Unflinching and Immune on revive allows for really aggressive gameplay whereas Valentine is just sorta normal. I haven't found regen to be very useful.

I don't think I've seen other characters getting outclassed like this, especially a Gold by a Silver.

Resonant Evil Big Band is better than most gold fighters.

Yeah, I understand that RE-Big Band is really good because of his talent tree. I'm mostly OK with that because it's sorta unique.

However, LH-Valentine's special ability is a worse copy of BT-Cerebella. This is what I have a problem with. If it was a 100% revive or "Once per battle, while Valentine is alive your team mates revive at 25% health" or something then that'd be different enough for me but as it stands now it feels too similar.

I'd like to reiterate that I am not talking about absolute power levels for special abilities. There will always be a 'best' (more or less). The problem is that it's both a copy and worse for a higher tier of character.

Team wide revive would be pretty cool, but I wonder if that would conflict with existing self-resurrect abilities.

Dont compare big top to my last hope pls.

Valentine is a healing class. Big top is a survivor class. Different roles, different functions in a team.

Hey friend,

LH-Valentine was my only gold. Her team healing is not amazing. (sad face emoji)

Last Hope Valentine would be better if she could give teammates Heavy Regen every time their HP goes below 25% instead of only once in a match.

When would you take EKG Flatliner over Dead on arrival? Do you take EKG Flatliner just because of the lower cost or is it better in some cases? I'm guessing it's better on Silent Kill because of the signature ability.

EKG is best for Silent Kill because her abilities work best when she does a lot of hits. Dead on Arrival is better for everyone else since it does a few hits and slightly more damage than EKG, less chance to set off an enemy's defensive proc ability.

So to reiterate, Last Hope can only heal one teammate below 25% while alive and can only resurrect herself back to 50% once? If that's the case I think it would be more worthwhile if she healed all teammates once regardless of being dead or alive and still had the one revive available. Almost like she gave her team some adrenaline to inject whenever they get low on hp. Although she's still pretty good as is.

How has the changes to Valentine's vials changed her choices for moves?

Because personally speaking dead cross is s o situational and hard to combo into let alone hit at all that I'm considering putting on the vial that reduces enemy blockbuster

I haven't updated the moves yet. Still playing around with Valentine's vials to find which ones are the most useful. So far it seems the stun and reduce meter ones are good. Vials can all combo well but you have to set them up first.
