Not sure if this started in version 4 or 4.0.1

Fifth of Dismember sacrifices 25% of current health even if opponent is above 50% health.

"Deals 50% bonus damage if the enemy is below 50% HEALTH. Sacrifices 25% of your current HEALTH."

I believe that the health sacrifice happens regardless of your opponent's health. Usually when the second clause only activates if the first one is true, we'll say and.

"Deals 50% bonus damage and sacrifice 25% of your current HEALTH if the enemy is below 50% HEALTH."
 
In the patch notes, the phrasing is consistent between the two and the health sacrifice portion did not trigger if the opponent health was above 50%. Was this change intended? Seems pretty terrible to sacrifice 25% health for no benefit.
  • OLD - Deals 50/75/100% bonus damage if the enemy is below 50% HEALTH. Sacrifices 50% of your remaining HEALTH.
  • NEW - Deals 50/75/100% bonus damage if the enemy is below 50% HEALTH. Sacrifices 25% ofyour current HEALTH.
