My last three spooky relics have disappeared after the game told me I couldn't open them because there was a server issue. So I waited to be able to open them back later but when I opened the game again they were all gone. So I checked my roster to see if maybe something happened and I have new characters available but it's not the case. I need some help please can I get my relics back.

You'll need to contact customer service so they can investigate. There is a known issue that can happen on rare occasions where you'll tap to open relics but nothing happens. Typically the variants will be added to your collection but the relics will remain, and when you try to open them you'll get the error since they're not actually there.
Just to double check, did you go to your collection and sort by 'recent' to see if you had 3 new fighters from that relic?
