• Projectiles deal 50% bonus damage for each DEBUFF applied to the opponent.

Two things:

First: The Enrage didn't come from Ninja Star herself. It actually came from the Re-Entry special move. You can see this in Galactic Glamour's video as well.

Second: It appears the signature ability occurs when hitting an attacking opponent, and not necessarily a dashing one, as it triggered when countering the Nekhbet Breaker. Additionally, it doesn't just remove a full stack of one buff, but it will also convert said stack into one stack of Guard Break.

Personally I think the SA1 would be something like this:

When hitting an attacking opponent, remove all instances of one BUFF and convert them into one stack of GUARD BREAK

SA2 is unclear, but we know it affects Annie herself, as the text appears on her side of the screen. I suspect it may be related to blockbuster meter or special move charge, as there was no noticeable change, and both instances of activating Sonic Sword had every move available to use. That's mostly just reaching for straws tho.
