Other Notifications doesn't show up

I've recently changed my phone to a Sony Xperia XZ Premium running on Android 8 (Oreo) and notifications stopped working. Now I have to open the app to find out if my characters have full stamina or to loot thethe daily relic.

Hm, strange!

Could you double / triple check that you have notifications turned on for the app?
Perhaps you could take a screenshot of your notifications settings and attach them here?
