Bug - Normal Parasoul egret skills and BB3 still bugged

So Parasoul egret skills are still bugged (you can't call an egret while another is on the field, making the move go on cs and doing nothing) amd her BB3 still shots fewer shots from time to time (sometimes egrets jump out before shooting and sometimes they are there but don't even shoot)

She has been bugged since april and still no fix

they’ve had numerous reports of this bug already and have said that they’ll be working on it, now that they have received more input based on the bug and what causes it to happen.

I still can't promise I'll be able to diagnose and resolve this issue for 2.4 (it's unlikely, actually), but I'll take a look and see what I can do.

Because of how much content we've added in 2.4, we have a lot of other bugs that take priority over this one.
