How to use tear detonation to inflict BLEED on opponent after new update?

after the update i think how it works is that the detonated tears have to hit the opponent to inflict bleed. before it didn’t matter if the detonated tears hit the opponent or not, it would inflict bleed either way. however it’s bugged at the moment and detonating tears doesn’t inflict bleed at all

yeah, the bleed activating is kind of weird right now and i think the next update that’s being worked on at the moment will fix it
