power-up bronze character to silver/gold is good choice?

i have bronze,scrub valentine(normal color in pc)
if i upgrade it to silver->gold, is the stat of upgraded card is same as original gold card?

Upgrading Bronzes to Gold will make their stats almost as good as a pure Gold, but not quite.
A big bonus though is it is very cheap to upgrade a Bronze character's skill tree, even if you evolve them to Gold.

Any character upgraded to a higher "rarity" will ultimately have less stats than a trained and leveled character that's naturally that rarity. That said, it's still generally worth it, especially depending on what character and variant you're doing it to.
