Bug - Normal PW - BB3 on Tag in opponents

This is probably already known, but sharing just in case:

1. Use Painwheel
2. Opponent tags in
2. Immediately use BlockBuster Tier 3

Expectation:
- PW moves to the right (opponent side of the stage)


Actual results:
- PW moves to the left (your side)

If you tap the BB3 during the opponent's tag out, it'll wait for the next opponent to tag in before executing the Blockbuster. Painwheel facing to the left like that is a known issue and happens with all the characters, albeit rarely.
