Pros, with high crit chance, her raw damage output makes pre-nerf Epic Sax look pathetic. She has some excellent moves as well with combo extending blockbusters, buff removal, wither, and anti-revive.
Her bulk is non-existant, but being able to so easily lockdown blockbusters goes a long way to cover this and overall she is totally a worthwhile silver.

One important detail, if you're early on/low resources, you can get similar mileage out of Rusty and Purrrfect Dark without as much power being tied to move investment. So if budget is a major concern those two may be a better starting point.
