idk this may be wild speculation but on the last line it says “3.X... SOON” maybe the 3 means she’s coming someday in March?
and the 5% must mean she’s 5% complete/ready to be put in the game

oh and it’s her birthday today : P i guess they mixed the usual birthday mail for characters with a sneak peek of sorts for when she’s coming

I thought the 3 was for like 3.6 update or whatever, that way they can realeased updates before she’s realeased but she still is coming before 4.0

that makes more sense actually! it does seem weird to type out a date as 1.31.2019 instead of 1/31/2019
