Resolved Squigly Nearly Departed Bug of 2° Skill

When Squigly loses more than 50% of her health, she does not revive her peers, only leaving the first skill available.

Nearly Departed's Signature Ability will trigger when you use a Blockbuster when you're combo counter is at an odd number. For example, if you were to attack 3 times with basic attacks, putting your combo counter at 3, and then use a Blockbuster, her SA would trigger, assuming she's under 50% health.
