Bug - Normal Store bug not fixed

I know the devs are working hard, but the bug ive reported this april (i think) hasnt been fixed. Ive tried re-downloading, reseting and ive even gotten a vpn to check out whats wrong with the shop, lol. My last resort is to report it again.
