Sorry for the confusion! You need to have 1 Gold Fighter for 10 Different Characters.
For example, if you have Filia - Parasite Weave, Filia - Dreadlocks, Filia - Idol Threat, all of that will count as ONE Gold Character. Hope that makes sense!
