Bug - Normal The chat does not load when I opened and the screen freezes when accepting gifts

Hello, I was playing the game in the afternoon and constantly sending or accepting gifts kept the screen freezing.
On the other hand, when I tried to open the chat, nothing appeared and I couldn't speak in it either.
