Hello, I was playing the game in the afternoon and constantly sending or accepting gifts kept the screen freezing.
On the other hand, when I tried to open the chat, nothing appeared and I couldn't speak in it either.

We're aware of this chat issue and will be looking into it. Similarly the game freezing while sending gifts is at the top of our list.
