Bug - Normal The Phantom Relic.

Gather the pieces for the Gold relic, and I appear that this at 100%, still does not give me the obcion to get it, why?.

I believe the issue here is that having 999 (or some other number of shards JUST below 1000), will round up to 100%.

If you get a few more Relic Shards, this should correct itself! Let me know if it hasn't and I can look into this further. Just make sure to share your Display Name here.
