Why my chat is disabled

According to the message that were in my inbox, it says because someone reported my account because I was disobeying the chat rules and guidelines.
I just want to know the reason of this decision and what made my chat being revoked. (This is not the first time that it happens to me but in this case I think is a mistake) just because I don't remember to be rude to anyone or make someone feel bad about something, I always try to help the people (just ask my name in the ch 100, 500 or 503)

I'm asking you to teach me why I was suspended if I didn't even make an offensive comment or anything that broke the chat rules and guidelines
