Surgeon General seems to be the best Val. I'm curious about getting Silent Kill, since her debuff can really make a difference while fighting.

Her ability is nowhere near as good as No Egrets. Stats are only part of the equation; which is why Heavy Reign is also higher. Her abilities don't help out that much.

Seeing my precious Ivy League fall to tier 6 makes me sad. I'll admit she isn't the best candidate for gold PFs. Primed is so good. Those bleed triggers really help.

I've had my S-tier fighter (Primed) since July. I started playing in June. This is easily my favorite fighting game released, ever. I've got lots of A and B tier chars. Still grinding for silver keys!

Galaxy A5 2017 Android Version 6.0.1 (August Security Patch) As the fight starts, my fighter will automatically dash and attack. Game proceeds as normal afterwards.

I've got it on my Galaxy A5 2017.

Well, it sucks that it is bugged but it will get patched. I'm just glad that the app is stable again, and that the Big Band story came out. There will probably be a patch to fix this.
