Resolved All my characters cards are black

All of my move cards are black, all character cards are black. I tried resetting my phone, and game but doesn't help. Can somebody help me? I can't upload the screenshot, I have tried contacting the team on Facebook. I do not want to reinstall the game as I'm currently at over 5 millions on fighting event, and don't want to lose it.

Unfortunately there is no work around for this issue at the moment.
It's a rare bug that only affects a handful of specific GPU's in a specific model of phone from a specific region.

My phone is a note 8, newest os installed. Thanks for replying, at least it stopped having black pixelated problems where the fight boxes were supposed to be.
