Yes. Good attack, applies bleed while in hype mode, and can be forgiving of mistakes (and chip damage from higher fs opponents) thanks to the regen. Definitely worth it.

I agree he's worth investing in. I have him as a level 49 gold right now, and will probably take him to diamond at some point.

He's not the absolute strongest character, but has some really good utility. I'd add that he's also pretty good against enemies that cause bleeds, because his heal will kick in and cancel the bleeds before it can take that much life off him.
