Bug - Normal Cheater / Hacker Reporting

Hi guys.. Can someone here help me...
Ive encountered a problem regarding the deployment thing this issue occured after deployment of my fighter wulfsbane.. Sgm is lagging..
After that wulfsbane can no longer be use on any story mode,, prize fight,, daily mode and even rift battle attack phase..
Its been 3 days now.. And my wulfsbane is black and useless..
Please fix this bug error,, sadly his my main fighter..
