Is there any way to evade Unblockable BBs?

Glass canons should get punished more than a tank that's specifically has higher health in exchange for less damage.

A painwheel shouldn't be able to kill enemies in one combo while being able to shrug off a BB3, while a Tank would take a much higher amount of damage while not being able to do nearly as much damage.

Make it partly %? Do X%HP dmg with a minimum of X amount of dmg?

This would complicating things. Changing FS calculations or the current matchmaking system would solve most BB3 issues without needing to further tamper with their damage or meter requirements.

BB3s one shotting you in story mode is fine because it's a way for the game to say you need to level up your characters more. In PF environments difficulty currently isn't quite as equalized as story mode due to players also stacking move stat bonuses.

Nerfing FS scaling merely delays the inevitable, it's a bandaid on the symptoms without addressing the underlying problem. You will still hit an insurmountable wall sooner or later. How does that solve anything?

As for story mode, there's a Bronze-only mission where you can be at max level and still get OHKO'd if they have BB3s equipped. You can't even grind your way out of that one, the only way to win is for RNG to not equip a BB3 on them.
