Are you trying to login via Google or Facebook?
If so, could you try logging in using a "Skullgirls Login" instead?
It's the option on the left hand side of the menu.
All you need is an email, and a password, and you should be able to create an account and login with no issue.
Let me know if that doesn't work so we can investigate further!
