Noob question

I am new to SKM and have never played the PC or console versions. Can someone please describe or post a link to some page that does, what is the meaning of various terms like cripple,and Armor (by how much is the damage reduced per stack ?) . Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it in the forums.

Sorry for replying to this so late and I realise you’ll probably never come back to read this, but I’d also like to point out that the pause menu is very useful for explaining effects in the heat of the moment. It will always list fight conditions, signature abilities and status effects currently applied to both fighters. The effects have names, corresponding icons and short descriptions to tell you how they affect the fighter and how long for. They also display the number of stacks. Nothing ever stacks past five, by the way.
