Bug - Normal unable to log in in skullgirls forums

hi guys if someone knows how to reset an account or something cuz look this is what happened, my phone was stolen and i lost authy the app that we normaly use for 2 factor verification the problem is that i tried to bring the information of the app to this new phone but the account didnt have the authy account of skullgirls so im unnable to log in in my main account and i did this one to talk about this.

Maybe theres a way i can reset my authy or delete the 2 factor auth.

if someone knows how please tell e or even an idea.
(by the way i putted this thread as bug cuz i dont know here to put this question jeje sorry if its wrong)
