Bug - Normal Bio-Exorcist's ability no longer works

Title says it all. I was just battling in 'A Head of the Game' with my fully powered Bio-Exorcist Squigly. She was fully charged, and at no point was she inflicted with Hex. Yet, three times, she was killed in battle instead of reviving with 50% health like she was supposed to. I had to revive her with a Valentine character each time.

At first, I thought that the enemy attacks were just that strong that they knocked out the Squigly's revived health, but the final nail in her coffin came from an Argus Agony attack. A glitch is the only explanation.

She died whit a precisión hit, so the sa2 didnt proc

Like Belar mentioned, it sounds like she died from an Precision hit, which prevents Signature Abilities from firing.
