Resolved Login Bug

I forgot to add that i was logged in trough LINE account
 
Barcelona/Catalunya/Spain
Frontal yesterday, still experiencing It
Xiaomi redmi note 4
4G/3G/Wifi
 
BTW I have this problem since 27th November nearly 10 am (by Moscow, I don't know how to interpret this :D) and Im still experiencing It
Russia,central region, Ryazan; android; H/3G

What I had to do to get mine working Tues was
1- delete & reinstall app
2- login as usual (Google) <- this is may require multiple attempts
3- ensure wifi connection to get supplementary downloads

Usually that was all. Shouldn’t be but it is what it is. Game started functioning for me again this morning.

Did the same thing but it says some error happening, -38something.

Good news is that LINE is confident that they've figured out what the issue is. Bad news is that they still need to actually go about resolving it. Hopefully you guys should be able to login and play again soon, but we don't have an exact ETA. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration, and appreciate your continued patience.

Do you know if we are going to be able to keep our progress if we deleted the app?

As long as you login with the same account that your progress is tied to when you reinstall the app, your progress should still be there.

Hope Line guys will somehow solve this mess
 
Cant login same as all of us error code -3841
-Czech Republic/Prague
-from 27th and stil not working
-android
-all types of conection doesnt work
Tryed all tipes writen above -nothing works
Hope it will get fixed soon.:(
 
Yeah i spared more then 1600 gems for valentine relics but i miss it today.:(
