Prepare for War:
Gain Evasion, Enrage, and 1/2/3 stacks of Precision when reloading with no bullets remaining. Every 9/6/3 seconds while Enrage is in effect, gain a 25% chance to gain 3 extra elemental bullets when reloading.

Every 2 seconds without any bullets in the magazine, Dahlia loses 5/3/1% health and suffers Wither for 10/7/5 seconds. When reloading while suffering Wither, inflicts Quietus and Bleed for 10 seconds, also removes 1 buff from the opponent, and gains a stack of Barrier.

When using a Clone, suffer Death Mark, but gain 3/4/5 stacks of Enrage and Precision for 20 seconds. While under the effect of Enrage, when a Clone is knocked out or activated, reset the timer for all Enrage stacks.

When using a Blockbuster with an active Clone and benefiting from Enrage, remove all Enrage Stacks and gain permanent Haste.

Evil in Disguise:

Every 60/40/20 seconds, gain 1/2/3 stacks of Blessing and inflict a Curse upon knocking down an opponent. The Curse is removed upon gaining Blessing again. While under the effect of at least 5/4/3 stacks of Blessing, gain Enrage and switch to the Dark Element when using a Blockbuster.

When switching to the Dark Element, Filia gains Haste and converts all stacks of Blessing into Guard Break when striking an opponent. Deal 5/15/25% bonus damage per stack of Blessing applied to self.

1: Gain a cycle of 1/2/3 rotating buffs every 15 seconds, ordered MIASMA/ENRAGE/THORNS/AUTOBLOCK.
2: Each BUFF gained by the opponent that is the same element as your current season has a 25/50/75% chance to be removed and given to you instead.
-Doubt this kind of SA is possible, it's pretty much doubles thing anyways. Her colors are all over the place but other than that it's a smug fit

SA2: Annie's Projectile Attacks have a 20/50/75% chance to ignore ARMOR and grant DEADEYE for 10 seconds

I had done Filia and Fukua to highlight their visual similarities and small differences in personality (made 05/22/23)




You can do what you like though, Annie Pit and Black dahlia dark pit sounds like a clean idea if I were to give a different suggestion.
